Love a starter from one menu and a main from another? Build a private dinner entirely around your favourites. Choose one starter, one main and one dessert, then add canapés, a second starter or a cheese course if you wish.

Choose starters and mains from the three-course collections, plus starters from courses III and IV and mains from course V of the tasting menus. All choices come directly from Chef Norbert’s menus.
